Hello from Deciphering Truth!

With information so readily available at our fingertips, sometimes it’s hard to distinguish a truth from a lie. And yes, you read that right! No, we at Deciphering Truth do not believe that all truth is relative or subjective, but rather, we know there are “Truths” to be found that with the right resources and a heart of understanding, can be discovered. This, we pray will be one of those resources to help point those seeking answers in the right direction. No, this is not the end all be all but, hopefully, a blessing to those seeking answers to burning questions concerning Biblical topics.

Hope You Enjoy!!

“Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I was compelled to write to you [urgently] appealing that you fight strenuously for [the defense of] the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith that is the sum of Christian belief that was given verbally to believers].”

‭‭Jude 1:3 ‬ ‭

our mission statement

To utilize this platform in providing Biblical insight and answers, with integrity and a desire for the truth of God’s Word to be known.

statement of faith

the bible

We believe the Holy Bible is the true, inerrant, infallible, and inspired work of God written by men of old, Prophets and Apostles, composed of both the Old and New Testament. No other past, present, or future writings or books are of equal authority or power.

(Luke 21:33, 2 Timothy 3:16, and Revelation 22:18-19)

the trinity

We believe in one God, eternally existing in the persons of God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit.

(Genesis 1:26, Matthew 28:19, Ephesians 1:4, 7, 13, and 1 John 5:7)

salvation

We believe that salvation is a free work of grace, given to those who believe by faith and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Having a true belief in the full assurance that Jesus Christ, being God the Son (second person of the Trinity), willingly laid his life down on the Cross and being raised on the third day, defeated death, giving us access to free justification through faith alone.

(Romans 10:9, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 5:8-9, and John 10:18)
